Old Snowmass and Emma are perfectly centered between Aspen and Basalt making both areas easily accessible. Aspen is a short 20 minutes away while Basalt is only a quick 15- minute drive. These neighborhoods offer everything from ranchette properties that are 1-4 acres to larger properties of 40+ acres. This area is rich in Cowboy culture as it is home to many of the valleys horse and cattle ranches such as the famous McCabe ranch as well as Mountain Primal Ranch.

Old Snowmass and Emma are two great communities for those looking for adventure right out their back door. You can find everything from short hikes to all day hikes, rock climbing, fly fishing, mountain and road biking as well as snow shoeing and you are only 15 minutes from the closest ski mountain.
